We are pleased to announce the National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium (NMMBA) has joined GGBN! Located in Taiwan, the National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium has 2,000 DNA and tissue sample of marine invertebrates in their collections.

We are excited to announce that the Museo Nacional de Ciencias Naturales (MNCN-CSIC) is now publishing data from its tissue collection through GGBN. We are excited to welcome FIOCRUZ–Leishmania collection (FIOCRUZ/CLIOC) as a core member of GGBN! As a Biological Resource Centre, FIOCRUZ/CLIOC plays a crucial role in the preservation, storage, and taxonomic characterization of Leishmania specimens, supporting scientific and technological advancements in Brazil. With 1,200 Leishmania specimens now available online, this marks the addition of a new genus to GGBN’s global network.
